The entire staff is just incredible. They all clearly love what they do, and it’s obvious when you first walk in the door. We’ve used Lillington Vet for over 15 years, from our new puppies to senior care to acupuncture (YES, it really works). Dr. Jan and her staff are very responsive and always follow up with a phone call when one of our dogs has been seen for something other than routine care. We wouldn’t trust the care of our dogs to anyone else.
I have nothing but good things to say. We had our first visit with them today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the staff and Dr. Jan. I never take my two-year-old and our dog Oxford anywhere by myself. They both have so much energy, and it’s a lot to handle alone…well, today, lol. I had them both at the vet, and my son was going 100 mph the whole time and acted out big time. No one at the office was rude or judgmental. They helped me as much as they could, and they helped make sure Oxford was comfortable, too. Thank you guys so much!!
The very best vet I have ever been to. Dr. Julie is a gem. She truly cares and takes the time to explain issues and answer questions. My dog was kept overnight, and the receptionists, techs, and vets were truly amazing, fielding my phone calls and questions. I know they were busy, but they truly made me feel at ease in a scary situation. I highly recommend these folks. Can’t say enough about their customer service and care of my pets.
I have actually thought about moving to Lillington to be closer to these compassionate professionals. They really took care of my semi-feral cat, Shoney. The care she received is beyond measure. 5 stars all the way, and then some!!!
The staff is wonderful. Minimal wait time and easy to get an appointment. Dr. Jan and Dr. Byrne are awesome and truly care about my furry children. Very compassionate and gives thorough exams and explanations that are understandable.
Dr. Jan made us feel so good about the care she was giving to Zaydee! She’s kind, gentle, and makes sure we understand what’s going on, and she is very patient!!
I cannot say enough about this practice. From the warm welcome to the expert care. The doctors really listen and help make care complete, no matter your budget. They show real compassion and caring to each fur baby and some that don’t have fur. (Floki)

Lillington Veterinary Hospital is fantastic! The staff is friendly, the vets are caring and thorough, and they always explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and they treat pets with real compassion. Highly recommend!
They answered all our questions and made sure we understood the process for that day and the following visits! They treated Rico, our deer head chihuahua, like he was part of their family the moment we walked in. This was our first visit to the vet. Love this place!
