Our Story
Founded in 1985 by Dr. Sarah Brown, Lillington Veterinary Hospital began as a small-town clinic with a big heart. Dr. Brown’s legacy of compassion and excellence laid the foundation for the hospital’s enduring reputation. After being named North Carolina Veterinarian of the Year in 2000, Dr. Brown retired, leaving the practice in the capable hands of her associates, Dr. Jan Batker and Dr. Amy Allen-Graves, who continue to carry forward her mission today.
From the start, our focus has been on nurturing relationships—between our doctors and clients, and between pets and their families. We’re proud to offer comprehensive veterinary services supported by modern medicine and genuine care, all within a welcoming, community-centered environment.
