The entire staff is just incredible. They all clearly love what they do and it’s obvious when you first walk in the door. We’ve used Lillington Vet for over 15 years, from our new puppies, to senior care, to acupuncture (YES it really works). Dr Jan and her staff are very responsive and always follow up with a phone call when one of our dogs has been seen for something other than routine care. We wouldn’t trust the care of our dogs to anyone else.

We just started using LVH in November, after a bad experience with another Vet. I’ve never been to a vet office with such caring staff. I just had to put my best friend to sleep after 9 years this past Friday. We were there a week ago due to her having a seizure, and after starting to get better, she took a turn for the worse, and the techs that saw her on Monday popped in and asked “how’s our girl doing.” They treat them like their own, and their outpouring of love is something I will never forget. Dr. Allen helped me make the hardest decision of my life, and she took her time with me going over everything and to make myself comfortable that I was making the right decision. They fit me in the same day with such a bad turn, and I am so grateful they were so kind in doing so, and not letting her suffer anymore. They checked me out right in the room, so I wasn’t a blubbering mess out front, and just their care for their pets and owners during such a hard time is so appreciated. I’ve never had a better vet office. We’ll be moving this summer, and I wish I could take them with us. Thank you to you all!

I have nothing but good things to say. We had our first visit with them today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the staff and Dr. Jan. I never take my two year old and our dog Oxford anywhere by myself. They both have so much energy and it’s a lot to handle alone…well today lol I had them both at the vet and my son was going 100mph the whole time and acted out big time. No one at the office was rude or judgmental. They helped me as much as they could and they helped make sure Oxford was comfortable too. Thank you guys so much!!

The very best Vet I have ever been to. Dr.Julie is a gem. She truly cares and takes the time to explain issues and answers questions. My dog was kept overnight and the receptionists, techs and Vets were truly amazing fielding my phone calls and questions. I know were busy, but they truly made me feel at ease in a scary situation. I highly recommend these folks. Can’t say enough about their customer service and care of my pets.
